Application Guidelines
TERMS: August 20, 2018---December 31, 2018, at 11:59PM
PRIZES: Five prizes will be awarded, as follows:
Grand Prize: Free coupon for accommodation of Kurokawaso Private Cottage for 2 persons
Second prize: Free coupon for accommodation of Kurokawaso Standard Room for 2 persons
Three Prizes: 10000JPY Discount coupon for accommodation of Kurokawaso
NEED TO ENTRY:
Each contestant needs to agree CONTEST RULES..
needs to follow Kurokawaso account on Instagram.
needs to stay at Kurokawaso on this period.
HOW TO ENTER:
Please follow Kurokawaso account on Instagram the first, and then upload or submit pictures that YOU took at Kurokawaso with hashtag #KUROKAWASO PHOTO CONTEST.
*A photograph must have been originally shot by the entrant himself/herself.
*Entrant whose Instagram account information is not disclosed will not be admitted
RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT
Photos will be judged based on creativity, quality, and originality after deadline. We will select 1 Grand Prize, 1 Second Prize and 3 Prizes and notify prize winners via Direct Message on Instagram and winners should respond message within business days.
We may disqualify anyone who fails to respond to the notification within business days. Judging and Result announcement will appear on our website in late January, 2019.
Right of winning will only belongs to the winner, and handing over to other persons or selling the right are not admitted.
CONTEST RULES
Please read carefully, and entrants need to agree contest rules as follows:
*Once photographs submitted with hashtag #KUROKAWASO PHOTO CONTEST, entrants are regarded to agree the rules.
*Photographs must be originally taken by the entrant.
*You retain your rights to your photographs; however, by entering the contest, you grant the Kurokawaso a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to public display, distribute , reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or late developed, including advertising and promotion of the magazine and its website, exhibition, and commercial products.
*For a photo in which a person is recognizable, you must be prepared to get permission from models.
*Kurokawaso is not liable for any cost, damages, injuries or other claims incurred as a result of entrants’ participation in the contest.
*Photos that violate or infringe upon another person’s rights, including but no limited copyright, are not eligible.
*Photos that contain sexually explicit, nude, obscene, violent or other objectionable or inappropriate content, as determined by Kurokawaso, are ineligible for this contest.
*Entrant who is under age needs to get permission from guardian.
PROHIBITIONS
Kurokawaso may disqualify the application if photo is not appropriate by the reason as follows:
*Infringing copyrights, portrait rights and other rights of third parties
*Photos used in other’s printed matters and exhibition
*Disturbing the public order
*Photos taken in off-limits place or photography prohibited place
*Photos taken in public bath or changing room
*Seeking profit on photos like information offering, advertisement and suggestion
*Cheating like you are a private client, group or company client
*Harmful program
*Infelicity including obscene and indecent expression
*Inhibiting proper operation of this contest
*Photos judged inappropriate by Kurokawaso
OTHERS
*This campaign is not concerned in Instagram.
*Internet communication fee incurred for this campaign will be borne by applicant.
*For inquiries concerning device settings etc., please contact the mobile phone company or
the manufacturer.
*Depending on the unavoidable circumstances, we may change the application period and prize content, cancel the service, or suspend it. In this case, Kurokawaso will not be liable for applicant, other person or corporation in connection with cancellation of this campaign.
*We are not responsible for any loss, liability, damage, expenses or other complaints resulting from participation in this campaign or due to winning prizes.
PRIVACY POLICY
The personal information will be used only for shipping prizes to winners or various communications concerning this matter, and not for other purposes.
